Wanvig succeeds Jean-Jacques Caspari, managing director for Kellogg Benelux, who held the position for three years.
Wanvig began his career in the industry at General Mills in 1994 and later joined Cereal Partners Worldwide, a joint venture between General Mills and Nestle.
Following his appointment, he said: “Our industry has accomplished a great deal during Jean-Jacques’ tenure as president, and I look forward to building on his success.”
Mauricio Garcia de Quevedo, managing director for Kellogg in Spain and Portuga,l becomes CEEREAL’s vice president.
